Legal
Terms
Last updated September 12, 2026
These terms are for the personal cannabis journal at tryblunt.app (“blunt”). They are not a substitute for a lawyer. If you do not agree, don’t use the journal.
21+ only
You have to be 21 or older. We ask; we do not check ID. If you are not of age, leave. You are responsible for following the cannabis laws where you are. blunt is not available as a shop, delivery, or recommendation engine.
Not a store, not medicine
blunt does not sell cannabis, take orders, or process payment for flower. Shop cards are a public directory with maps and directions. Nearby shops only appear if you turn on location. We are not affiliated with those shops. Hours and addresses can be wrong.
Nothing on blunt is medical, legal, or dosing advice. Logging a strain is not a recommendation. Don’t drive high. Don’t involve anyone who hasn’t agreed to be in a photo or a tag.
Your journal
Sessions, mood, notes, optional place, photos, favorites, reviews, and how you sesh are your journal. In Washington that can count as consumer health data. We only keep it because you agree.
Each session is public or private. Public sessions: friends you accept can see them, like them, and they appear on your profile. They see a nickname you set or the city, not the street or the pin. Private sessions stay on your stash. Private product notes stay yours. You can delete a session or your whole account on You.
House rules
No selling or sourcing cannabis here. No minors in photos. No harassment, spam, or impersonation. Brand and strain names in the catalog are used to describe products people log. We don’t claim those trademarks. You own your notes and photos; you give us a license to host them so the journal works. Custom strains you add may be used by other people on blunt. We can remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Use Report on a profile, session, review, or chat if something’s wrong. We look at reports from the admin page.
Accounts
Handles have to be unique. Names can be anything. Keep your password to yourself. Confirm the email we send before the journal unlocks. We can refuse or close an account. The service is provided as-is. We don’t promise it will always be up, complete, or error-free.
Washington law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is King County. If a piece of this can’t be enforced, the rest still stands.
